AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , 3261 TO MICROFILMED
AMEND THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE EASEMENT
RESERVED ACROSS THAT PORTION OF EAST AVENUE
VACATED BY SAID ORDINANCE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance No . 3261 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Section 2 . The City of Fayetteville hereby reserves
the following described easement on , over , across and
under the above described street to construct , lay ,
remove , relay , enlarge , and maintain public utility
lines , drainage structures and sidewalks :
Thirty- five ( 35 ) feet of equal and uniform
width along the entire East side of the
d property described in Exhibit " A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
