AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 3247 TO
CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
REZONED THEREBY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 3247 is hereby amended by
Uamending the legal description in Exhibit " A" attached thereto to
read as follows :
A part of the SE 1 / 4 , NE 1 / 4 , Sec . 20 , T- 16 -N , R- 29 -W ,
beginning 610 . 27 ' north and 40 ' west of the SE corner of
said 40 acre tract on the west side of a Public Street ;
