NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

m Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
i vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of

located in Washington County , Arkansas :

Beginning at the NE Corner of Lot 165 of Western
Assembly Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas
as per plat of said Addition recorded in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County , Arkansas ; thence South along the Eastern
Boundary Line of said Lot 165 to the SE Corner of said
Lot 165 ; thence E 5 ' to the Western Boundary Line of Lot
2 of Golf Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas
as per plat of said Addition recorded in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County , Arkansas ; thence North along the West Boundary
Line of said Lot 2 to the NW Corner of said Lot 2 ;
thence W 5 ' to the Point of Beginning .
Section 5 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County .
