AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R87 - 13 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 25 ACRES LOCATED AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HOLLY STREET AND
OAKLAND AVENUE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
U described property is hereby changed as follows :
R87 - 13 described as set out in Exhibit " A" attached hereto

Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
