Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described properties are hereby
changed as follows : �}

from A-1 Agricultural to R-2 , Medium Density Residential; 4. 64 Acres from A- I
Agricultural to C-2 , Thoroughfare Commercial ; 8. 25 acres from A- 1 Agricultural
to R-O, Residential Office; and, 5 .57 acres from A- 1 Agricultural to C-2,
Thoroughfare Commercial ; and 3 . 36 acres from A- 1 , Agricultural to R- 1 , Low
Density Residential for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , is hereby
amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.
PASSED on the 19th day of May , 1987.
NOTE: This ordinance was passed on May 19, 1987, but was not filed while awaiting a
corrected legal description. The attached description has now been corrected and
accordingly this ordinance is now being filed.
