Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 3247 is hereby amended by amending
T the legal description in Exhibit "A" attached thereto to read as follows :
A part of the SE 1/4 , NE 1/4 , Sec . 20 , T-16-N , R-30-W, beginning
610 . 27 ' north and 40 ' west of the SE corner of said 40 acre tract
on the west side of a Public Street ; thence north along the west
iside of said street 2001 , thence west 5200 ; thence south 2001 ;
5 thence east 520 ' to the Point of Beginning , containing 2 . 40 acres ,
more or less .
