AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST SIDE
OF LOT 6 IN KENNILWORTH ADDITION . /
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and abandons
the following described utility easement :
10 feet of equal and uniform width along the entire east side of
Lot 6 in Kennilworth Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas
as per plat of said addition recorded in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder for Washington County , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7 day of April 1987 ,
