ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 17B-2 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by adding the following :
Platform sign. A single or double face sign attached to a supporting
Ebase placed on the ground surface .
Section 2 . That § 17B-6 (c ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by amending the first paragraph in said section
O to read as follows :
( c ) Real Estate Signs . On a lot in any district , there may be
erected one unanimated real estate sign ; provided , such sign
shall be limited to a wall sign , free standing sign or platform
sign ; provided , further , a platform sign shall be set back a
minimum of 15 feet from the street right-of-way . The permitted
illumination and maximum display surface area for a real estate
sign shall be as follows :
