Section 1 . That Section 18-27 of the Fayetteville Code 0o 04 YF- Ty41?
Ordinances s hereby amended to read as follows : FRS R
C� The following fees shall accompany an application for a permit
under Section 18-26 :
(f Driveway and Curb Cut . . $ 20 . 00
Sidewalk 20 . 00
Driveway , Curb Cut and Sidewalk 25 . 00

y7 Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that
adequateate a�dm nine istration of the City ' s Sidewalk and Driveway Regulations
requires _ an increase in application fees and hereby determines that
adequate administration of said regulations is essential to the public
health , safety and welfare . Therefore an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance be necessary for the public health, safety
and welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval .
