Section 1 . That Section 8- 18 ( 4 ) of the Fayete��TYgR

Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that

in the fee for extra inspections and hereby determines that adequate

exist in this ordinance be necessary for the public health , safety

and approval .
