That Chapter 6 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending Section 6-95 to read as follows : =� § 6-95 . Appendix K . Section (a ) amended . !' Appendix K, Section (a ) of the Building Code is hereby amended by amending the first 3 paragraphs to read as follows : TOTAL VALUATION FEE $ 1 . 00 to $4 , 000 . 00 $20 . 00 1, Said section is further amended by adding the following : A fee of $10 . 00 will be charged for each reinspection. Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that adequat ae ministration of the Building Code requires an increase in permit and inspection fees and hereby determines that adequate administration of the Building Code is essential to the public health, safety and welfare . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to exist , and this ordinance be necessary for the public health, safety and welfare , shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval .
