WHEREAS, it has been determined that the legal desj �

in said Ordinance is erroneous and needs to be corrected . 14 R
NOW COMETH THJNWOREr BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECIORS
U OF THE CITY OF FANETlEVIiLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 1463 is hereby ammended
by ammending a legal description in said Ordinance to delete the
last four sentences reading as follows :
"and the South 20 feet of Lots 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and 10 and an additional
e, portion off the Southwest corner of Lot 6 of Road Subdivision
of part of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 8 , Township 16 North,
Range 30 West , as per recorded plats of said Hathcock Addition
and Read Subdivision . "
