THE R FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND?THE-IRE bu TIONS FOR FISHING AT LAKE FAYETTEVILLE , LAKE SEQUOYAFI AND LAKE WILSON , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECIURS OF THE QTY OF FAYEPTEVILIE, ARKANSAS: Section 1 . That Section 13-12 ( a ) ( 4 ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the second sentence to read as follows : State laws and regulations shall control the number and size of fish which may be caught . Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby determines that the effective regulation of fishing at Lake Fayetteville , Lake Sequoyah and Lake Wilson is necessary for protection of the public health , safety and welfare and that the immediate passage of this ordinance is necessary for such effective regulation .
