BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIR MORS OF THE CITY OF FAYBrre v4j'
ARKANSAS: / 4
Section 1 . That § 21-25 ( a ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordin Cnc�s�
is hereby amended by amending the schedule of monthly treated water
rates to read as reflected in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof .
Section 2 . That § 21-25 ( b ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by amending the schedule of monthly meter service
charges to read as reflected in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made
a part hereof .
Section 3 . That §21-25 (d ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by amending the monthly standby fire protection
service charge to read as reflected in Exhibit "C" attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
Section 4 . That §§ 21-25 ( e ) and ( f ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances are hereby amended by amending the monthly wholesale
treated water rates outside the City to read as reflected in Exhibit
"D" attached hereto and made a part hereof .
Section 5 . That § 21-26 ( a ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by amending the schedule of monthly sewer rates
to read as reflected in Exhibit "E " attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
Section 6 . That § 21-26 . 1 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by amending the abnormal sewage surcharge formula
to read as reflected in Exhibit "F" attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
