AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING 5 FEET OF
A 20 SCOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 15 IN CEDAR
CREEK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Y OF FAYEPTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all of the City ' s rights together with the rights of the
public generally in and to the following described utility easement :
The Western most five ( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width
along the entire East boundary of the platted twenty ( 20 )
foot utility easement along the East boundary line of Lot
15 in Cedar Creek Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas as per plat of said Addition recorded in the office
of the Circuit Cleric and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of June , 1986 .
