YER CIRCUIT CLERK AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PLATTED UNOPENED ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN EAGLE STREET AND CLEVELAND STREET , WEST OF LEVERETT AVENUE , WCtC)FILMEO WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has the authority under Ark . Stat . §19-2304 to vacate portions of alleys which are not required for corporate purposes ; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the following described unopened alley located between Eagle and Cleveland Streets , west of Leverett Avenue is a platted but unopened alley which is not required for corporate purposes . NOW, TBERBFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRF.CIORS OF THE CITY OF Fl1YETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of the public generally , in and to the following described property located in Washington County , Arkansas : A twenty ( 20 ) foot alley which adjoins Lots Number One ( 1 ) through Twelve ( 12 ) , Block Sixteen ( 16 ) , in Rose Hill Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as shown on the recorded plat thereof , and being more particularly described as beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Seven ( 7 ) and running East Twenty ( 20 ) feet ; thence running North Three Hundred ( 300 ) feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot One ( 1 ) ; thence West Twenty ( 20 ) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Twelve ( 12 ) ; thence South along the East property line of Lots Seven ( 7 ) through Twelve ( 12 ) Three Hundred ( 300 ) feet to the point of beginning , as per plat on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
