AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY AT 2341
COUNTRY WAY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTS OF THE CITY OF FAYErrMLLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof .
