PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1740 OVERCREST ,
BE IT ORDAIIdED BY THE BOARD OF DDWIORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVIL.IE,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons the following utility easement :
15 ' of equal and uniform width along the entire
East boundary line of Lot 21 , Block 1 of Elmwood
Addition in the City of Fayetteville , County of
Washington , State of Arkansas , less and except
the northernmost 6 ' of equal and uniform width
along said boundary line .
