ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE STREET
RIGHT-0F-WAY FOR SOUTH LOCUST AVENUE .
(>\ BE IT CROWED BY THE BOARD OF DIRH[1 W OF THE CITY OF FAYLYL lEVIUZr
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons that portion of the street right-of-way for South Locust
Avenue as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof .

Part of the Southwest Quarter ( SW 1/4 ) of the Southwest
Quarter ( SW 1/4 ) of Section 15 , Township 16 North , Range
30 West , more particularly described as beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot 3 , Block 3 , Ferguson ' s Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and running thence
West 46 feet , more or less , to the West right-of -way of
Locust Street and now located, thence following said right-
of-way in a southerly direction 50 feet , more or less , to
a point that is 46 feet West of the Southwest corner of
Lot 31 Block 3 , Ferguson ' s Addition , thence East 46 feet
to the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 , Block 3 , thence North
50 feet to the point of beginning , subject to a 10 ' utility
easement along the entire west side , as per plat on file
in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder
of Washington County , Arkansas .
