AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS OF COMPETITIVE
BIDS FOR THE SALE OF SURPLUS FIRE HOSE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECIUR.S OF THE CM OF FAYETl'EVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives the
requirement of competitive bids for the sale of surplus fire hose .
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the sale of surplus fire hose at a minimum price of $ . 60 per linear
foot .
