AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT
ACROSS PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF KANTZ DRIVE AND EAST OAKS DRIVE ,
BE IT ORDAIINM BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTO OF THE CITY OF FAYETIEVILLEr
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons the following described utility easement :
A part of Lot 12 in Block 2 , Kantz Place , Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , described as beginning at a point which is N 01
29 minutes 2 seconds E 81 . 5 ' and S 89 ° 55 minutes 28 seconds
E 20 . 7 ' from the SW corner of said Lot 12 ; thence running
l ' parallel to the existing sidewalk N 0° 29 minutes 02
seconds E 59 . 2 ' ; thence S 890 55 minutes 28 seconds E 4 . 3 ' ;
thence along the platted utility easement and building setback
