AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R86-1 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING
3 . 64 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
JOYCE ROAD AND ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 265 ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS :
Section .. j . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R86- 1 described as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
From A- 1 Agricultural District to C- 1 Neighborhood Commercial
District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided
in Section 1 above .

30 , T-17-N , R-29-W , being more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at the point of intersection of the
East line of State Hwy . 265 with the North line of Joyce
Street (Old Zion Road ) , which point is 22 feet North and
84 feet West of the SE corner of said twenty acre tract ;
thence in a Northwesterly direction with the East line of
said Highway No . 265 to the North line of said twenty acre
