J AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC . 17B-11 . 2 OF THE FAYEITEVILiF.
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE THAT A VARIANCE
GRANTED BY THE BOARD OF SIGN APPEALS SHALL BE
REVOKED IF COMPLIANCE IS NOT ACHIEVED WITHIN 30
DAYS .
BE IT ORDUNED BY THE BOARD OF DDWIORS OF THE QTY OF FAYMEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Sec . 17B-11 . 2 (d ) ( 2 ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding subparagraph a to read as
follows :
( e . ) Any variance granted by the Board of Sign Appeals shall
automatically be revoked, if the applicant does not
ccnply with the terms of the variance within 30 days
from the granting thereof ; and , the applicant shall
be required to comply with the literal provisions of
this chapter .
