BIDDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF PARTS NECESSARY TO
REFURBISH SLUDGE FEED PUMPS AT THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT . /

ARRAISAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives the
requirements of competitive bidding for the purchase of parts necessary
to refurbish sludge feed pumps at the Wastewater Treatment Plant for
the reason that said requirements are not practical as there is only
one area supplier .
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the purchase of the aforesaid parts from Robins & Myers in accordance
with the proposal attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof ,
PASSED AND APPROVED this ISrh day of October 1985 .

SUBJECT : Parts Required To Convert Your
SW10H Pumps To Model 11,10H
Dear Bob :
As requested , please find enclosed our Proposal Number 440-86081 -01 covering all
parts required to convert your current SW10H Moyno Pumps to Model 1L10H . In
addition to the parts required for the conversion , I am including a list of
miscellaneous parts that may need replacing because of wear .
The majority of the parts we are recommending for your conversion are carried in
our warehouse stock with the exception of the Rotor and Stator . The Rotor and
Stator can normally be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of an order .
• Our proposal does not include any freight , taxes , nor labor .
After our visit last Wednesday , I had a call from Mr . Bill Faust of Olsen Con-
struction Company requesting this same information . It is my understanding that
Olsen Construction Company would be responsible for this conversion . I am mailing
Mr . Faust a copy of this information for his reference .
