AN ORDINANCE AMENDING § 1 OF ORDINANCE NO, 3098
TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PORTION
OF MCCOLLUM AVENUE VACATED BY SAID ORDINANCE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEI WLIE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Sl of Ordinance No . 3098 is hereby amended
by amending the description of that portion of McCollum Avenue vacated
Jby said ordinance to read as follows :
All of the McCollum Avenue right-of-way from a point Fifty
( 50 ) feet North of the existing bridge over Airport Branch ,
thence South to the terminus of McCollum Avenue .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of September 1985 .
