BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRE CITY OF " EIOVIlo.

W Section 1 . That Article 4 , Section 2 of Appendix A to the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following
sentence before the last sentence in the first paragraph :
t' In a previously developed subdivision, platted prior to June
Q 29 , 1970 , and with the approval of the subdivision committee ,
a new single family dwelling may be constructed In all residential
Qzones In keeping with the existing standard in the neighborhood
t+ so long as the Interior side setback is not less than five ( 5 )
feet .
