described alley is not required for corporate purposes .

NON, THERREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DUMC1UR.S OF THE
CITY OF FAYET EVHLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
releases ,, vacates and ' abandons all of its rights together with the
rights of the public generally , in and to the following described
property located in Washington County , Arkansas :
Beginning at the Northwest ( NW ) corner of Lot 12 in Block
13 of Mountain View Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas as per plat of said Addition on file in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County , Arkansas ; thence Southerly Two Hundred Twenty ( 220 )
feet along the Western boundary of Lots 12 and 7 in said
block ; thence Westerly Ten ( 10 ) feet to the Southeast (SE )
corner of ' Lot 8 in said block ; thence Northerly Two Hundred
Twenty ( 220 ) feet along the Eastern boundary of Lots 8 ,
9 , 10 , and 11 in said block , thence Easterly Ten ( 10 ) feet
to the point of beginning .
Section 2 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the County
and recorded in the Deed Records of the County .
