IN REZONING PETITION R85-22 FOR A PARCEL CONTAININGIFp�F9 4q
7 . 04 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF ROOT AVENUE AND FULLBRIGHT
EXPRESSWAY AND SOUTH OF WEST 6TH STREET ,
BE IT ORDADM BY THE BDARD OF DDU=M OF THE CITY OF FAMTEV LLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R85-22 described as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
From A-1 Agricultural District and R-2 Medium Density Residential
District to C-2 Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided
in Section 1 above .
