AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PRESCRIBE ADMISSION FEES
FOR USE OF CITY SWIMMING POOLS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE BOARD OF DIR6CIM OF THE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Chapter 2 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by adding Section 2-101 to read as follows :
Sec . 2-101 . Fees for use of City swimming pools .
The following fees shall be charged for use of City swimming
pools :
DAILY SEASON
Preschool $ 50 $ 20 . 00
Grades 1-12 1 . 00 20 . 00
Adults 1 . 50 35 . 00
Adult & 1 Toddler 1 . 50
( each additional toddler : 50 cents each )
Family 50 . 00
( Season Passes are 1/2 price after August 1 )
