AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED _
IN REZONING PETITION R85-8 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING
3 . 00 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIGHWAY
71 , IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE ENTRANCE DRIVE TO
THE DRAKE FIELD TERMINAL BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECT RS OF THE CITY OF FAYETI'EVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
describe pdibe oropperty is hereby changed as follows :
R85-8 described as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
From A- 1 Agricultural District to C-2 Thoroughfare Commercial
District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided
in Section 1 above .

1/4 ) of Section Four ( 4 ) in Township Fifteen ( 15 ) North
of Range Thirty ( 30 ) West of the 5th Principal Meridian ,
in Washington County , Arkansas , to wit : Beginning at the
Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 ) of the
Southwest Quarter ( SW 1/4 ) of said Section , Township and
Range , and running thence West 186 feet to the East line
of the 80 foot right-of-way of U . S . Highway No . 71 , said
