AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 8 OF APPENDIX A
TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROHIBIT
THE BUILDING OF ANY STRUCTURE OVER A PUBLIC U'T'ILITY
EASEMENT ,
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 171E CITY OF FAYETIEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Article 8 of Appendix A to the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding § 10 . 1 to read as follows :
10 . 1 . Structures not to be built over public utility
easements . No portion of any structure shall
be built over any public utility easement .
