AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING AN UNOPENED
ALLEY LOCATED SOUTH OF SYCAMORE STREET IN THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 9 TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH , RANGE 30 WEST IN
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has the authority under Ark .
Stat . Ann . §19-2304 to vacate portions of alleys which are not required
for corporate purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the following
described property is a platted but unopened alley which is not required
for corporate purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRLMRS OF THE
CITY OF FAYElIEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
releases , vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the
rights of the public generally in and to the platted but unopened
alley described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . A copy of this ordinance , duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the recorder of the County
and recorded in the deed records of the County .

North , Range 30 West , Fayetteville , Arkansas , more par-
ticularly described as follows :
The North 600 feet of a 20 feet wide Alley between Lot
24 and Lot 25 of Evin ' s Farm Addition , less and except
the North 30 feet within the Right-of -way of Sycamore
Street and 25 feet within a utility easement lying immed-
iately South of and contiguous to said right-of -way .
