NOW, TARE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECPORS OF THE CM OF FAYETIEVILIE, ARKANSAS: Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby finds that two-thirds in assessed value is shown by the last county assessment , of the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof , which property is contiguous to Central Business Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , have petitioned that said real property be annexed to said improvement district . Section 2 .
