WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the following
described unopened alley East of College Avenue and South of Dickson
Street in Van Hoose - Van Winkle Addition is a platted but unopened
alley which is not required for corporate purposes .
NOW, TM0FORE, BE IT OREYMM BY THE BOARD OF DIRELIVRS OF THE
CITY OF FAYErIEVIId.E, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , subject to the reservation of utility easements
in and to the following described property located in Washington County ,
Arkansas :
12 ' of equal and uniform width off the South side
of Lots 1 , 21 3 and 4 in Block 2 of Van Hoose
- Van Winkle Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas according to the map of said Addition
made by Burns & McDonald for the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas on file in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County ,
Arkansas .
Section 2 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the County
and recorded in the •Deed Records of the County .
