AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 3043 TO PROVIDE
THAT A MONETARY CONTRIBUTION MADE BY DEVELOPERS
IN LIEU OF PARK LAND DEDICATION SHALL BE USED
BY DECEMBER 31 , 1990 FOR THE ACQUISITION AND/OR
DEVELOPMENT OF PARK LAND.

ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Sl of Ordinance No . 3043 is hereby amended
to read as follows :
51 . That Art , III SA( 1 ) ( k ) ( 4 ) of Appendix C to the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the second sentence
in said paragraph to read as follows :
Said money , together with the interest thereon , shall be
expended by December 31 , 1990 for the acquisition and/or
development of park land that serves the subdivision for
which a contribution in lieu of dedication has been made .
