AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , 2951 TO PRESCRIBE
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH FOR COLLECTOR STREETS ADJACENT
TO CONTROLLED ACCESS HIGHWAYS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE DIRELMM OF THE CITY OF FAYEPIWILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Ordinance No . 2951 is hereby amended by adding
Section 2 to read as follows :
Section 2 . The required right-of-way width for collector
streets adjacent to controlled access highways shall be fifty
feet ( 501 ) ; provided , in subdivisions which are platted after
November 20 , 1984 , the required right-of-way width for such collector
streets shall be sixty feet ( 60 ' ) if the land on both sides of
said collector streets is of sufficient size to be developed .
