AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING CITY OWNED PROPERTY ADJACENT TO HUNTSVILLE
ROAD AS A PUBLIC EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND
MAINTAINING A PUBLIC ROAD, UTILITY LINES , AND SIDEWALK .
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby dedicates the
real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof as a permanent easement to be used for constructing and
maintaining a public road , utility lines , and sidewalk .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of _October , 1984 .

EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
A permanent Street Easement of eighteen ( 18 ) feet of
equal and uniform width off the entire south side of
the following described real estate .
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Part of Lot Numbered Forty- two ( 42 ) of County Court
Plat of the South West quarter of Section 15 Township
16 North , Range 30 West , in the City of Fayetteville ,
described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at the
intersection of the West line of South Willow Avenue
with the North line of the Huntsville Road in said
city , and running , thence North one hundred ( 100 ) feet
to the old Walker Road ; thence Westerly with the south
line of said old Walker Road to the intersection of
said line with the North line of the Huntsville Road ;
thence Southeasterly with the North line of Huntsville
Road to the place of beginning , - - except a small
triangular lot off the West end of said lot conveyed
to A . C . McAdams , by deed recorded in Volume 196 , at
Page 329 of deed records of said county .
