AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III , SECTION A( 1 ) ( k ) ( 5 ) OF 4&P XFY r7 ~ r?
C TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE THAT A MONET� T
CONTRIBUTION MADE BY A DEVELOPER IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION SHALL
BE USED FOR THE ACQUISITION AND/OR DEVELOPMENT OF PARK LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article III , Section A( 1 ) ( k ) ( 5 ) of Appendix
C to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending
the second sentence in said paragraph to read as follows :
Said money , together with the interest thereon , shall be used
for the acquisition and/or development of park land that serves
the subdivision .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of October , 1984 .
