OF LOTS 5 , 6 , 7 AND 8 IN BLOCK ONE OF NORTHWEST ACRES SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby approves the
construction of one four-plex on each of lots 5 , 61 7 and 8 in block
one of Northwest Acres Subdivision .
Section 2 . Driveway access to each of the aforesaid lots
shall be fran Carlesbad Trace and Carriage Way , There shall be no
driveway access to said lots from Arkansas Highway 16 West .
