AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO, 2182 TO MODIFY
THE UTILITY EASEMENT RETAINED ACROSS THAT PORTION OF SEVENTH
STREET VACATED BY SAID ORDINANCE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance No . 2182 is hereby amended
by adding the following :
Provided , the easement retained across the portion of Seventh
Street vacated hereby shall be only a 25 foot wide easement the
centerline of which shall coincide with the existing sewer line .
