AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17B OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO DEFINE AND REGULATE PARKING INFORMATIONAL SIGNS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETrEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 17B-2 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by adding the following :
Parking informational sign . A wall sign or a free standing sign
indicating the location of a motor vehicle parking lot and designating
the persons authorized to park in said lot . The size of a parking
informational sign shall not exceed four square feet . The number
of parking informational signs on a parking lot shall not exceed
the number of entrances for the parking lot .
Section 2 . That Section 17B-2 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by deleting the definition of identification and
informational signs .
