AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-6 OF THE FAqET2VQKCODE OF
ORDINANCES TO REDUCE THE FEE CHARGED BY THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
FOR PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION BEYOND THE CITY ' S CORPORATE LIMITS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 9-6 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by deleting subparagraphs ( 2 ) (b ) , (c ) , and (d ) .
Section 2 . That Section 9-6 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by redesignating subparagraph ( 2 ) (e ) as ( 2 ) (b ) .
