AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 , ARTICLE II , OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CLARIFY THE CITY ' S
FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION REGULATIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Sections 9 - 26 , 9 - 27 , and 9 - 28 of the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances are hereby repealed .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of May , 1984 .
