AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER STREET PLAN OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE TO MAKE CERTAIN CHANGES RECOMMENDED
BY THE FAYETTEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors adopted Ordinance No .
2943 on September 20 , 1983 which ordinance amended the master
street plan of the City of Fayetteville to make certain
changes recommended by the Fayetteville Planning Commission ;
and
WHEREAS , Exhibits 1 - 5 attached to said Ordinance No .
J 2943 do not accurately reflect the master street plan changes
recommended by the Fayetteville Planning Commission .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the master street plan of the City of
Fayettev�e,Arkansas , is hereby amended as reflected in
Exhibits 1 - 5 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . _ That Ordinance No . 2943 is hereby repealed ,
PASSED AND APPROVED this17th day of January , 1984 .
