BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That Chapter 6 of the Fayetteville Code of J Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Sec . 6 - 77 . 01 to read as follows : Sec . 6 - 77 . 01 . Section 403 . 2 amended . Section 403 . 2 of the Building Code is hereby amended by adding the following : This section shall not apply to aircraft hangars , Section 2 . That Chapter 6 of the Fayetteville rode Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Sec . 6 - 77 . 0 , to re &fd as follows : - o Sec . 6 - 77 . 02 . Section 412 . 4 amended . V Section 412 . 4 of the Building Code is hereby amended by.1 .1 m deleting paragraph ( g ) . T o c -< —f O O Section 3 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that t ei1 City s Building Code impedes the constructz'on of aircraft hangars ; that the Fayetteville Municipal Airport is in immediate need of additional aircraft hangars ; , and that the immediate passage of this ordinance is ' necessary to enable the immediate construction of aircraft hangars at said airport . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to exist . and this ordinance -being necessary for the . public welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval .
