Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R83 - 12 described as set out in Exhibit "A" attached
i hereto and made a part hereof .
From I - 1 , heavy commercial and light industrial district ,
to C - 3 , central commercial district .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .

The petition of Burlington Northern Railroad located at 512 W . Dickson
Street , more particularly described as follows : All that portion of Lessor ' s
right of way located in the NWI4 , NE% of Section 16 , T- 16 - N , R- 30- W of the
5th P . M . , described as follows : Beginning at a point on the North line of
West Dickson street in said town of Fayetteville distant 10 feet Easterly
measured at angles to Lessor ' s main track centerline as now located and
constructed ; thence Northerly parallel with said main track centerline to the
point of intersection of a line drawn parallel with and distant 10 feet
Southerly of the point of termination of Lessor ' s Freight House track
centerlines No . 1 and 2 as now located and constructed ; thence Easterly along
