STREETS ADJACENT TO CONTROLLED ACCESS HIGHWAYS .
W , 8WHEREAS , the Master Street Plan of Atk4j'gglj�' City ',oftl ' Y !; 'R
Fayetteville , Arkansas , reflects certain q rltrr iLlbil( ER
access highways ; and CIRCUIT CLERY
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined
that collector streets should be located in close
proximity to said controlled access highways in order
to promote traffic safety and provide for efficient
traffic circulation ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors hereby determines
that said collector streets should be located in those
areas where the Master Street Plan presently reflects
service roads .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Master Street Plan of the
City o F ayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to
reflect collector streets where service roads are
presently designated and by deleting said service roads .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October ,
1983 .
