AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REnUIRF.MENTS OF COMPETITIVE
BIDDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF BASKETS , BASKET RACKS , ' r
AND CHECKING PINS FOR THE 14ILSON PARK SWIMMING POOH;.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors waives the require-
ment o c� ompetitive bidding, for the purchase of baskets , basket
racks and checking pins for the Wilson Park swimming pool as
said requirements were not practical as there was an immediate
need for said equipment .
Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby ratifies the
purchase oT tFie aforesaid equipment .from Lindsey Kisor Pools
at a total purchase price of $ 4 , 210 . 00 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September 1983 .
