AN ORDINANCE REPEALIN(M RCOTION 18 - 13 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REPEAL THE REOUIRFMENT THAT DEVELOPERS
OF PROPERTY ABUTTING A CONTROLLED ACCESS HIGH14AY CONSTRUCT
A PUBLIC SERVICE ROAD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 18 - 13 of the Fayetteville Code
of OrTinces is hereby repealed .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September 1983 .
