AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV , SECTION J , OF APPENDIX
C TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE THAT
THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS PRESCRIBED
THEREBY SHALL NOT APPLY WHERE THE DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT
RESULT IN INCREASED VEHICULAR TRAFFIC .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article IV , Section J , of Appendix C
f to the a—�ville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
Cl adding paragraph ( c ) to read as follows :
C
( c ) The requirements of this section shall not apply
where the development will not increase the amount of
vehicular traffic on the abutting, street .
